After you fill out my inquiry form, I will respond within 36 hours. After reviewing my calendar and make sure I am available for your wedding date, I will send you my investment guide that will answer all the questions you could ever have! If you feel like we could be a good fit, from here we will hop on a discovery call to make sure we check all the boxes before booking!

After our call, I will send you everything you need to secure your date on my calendar. This will begin with a 30% deposit and a signed contract. Then, we will trade information! You will fill out a questionnaire for me about your wedding day, and I will then send you a 50+ page wedding planning guide to help get the ball rolling. This guide will have everything from color and outfit to vendor recommendations to help bring your vision to life.
(02) Booking
No wedding is the same, and it shouldn't be photographed the same way either! I want to know all the special details your planning and what means the most to you. We can talk on unlimited calls and emails, including a call before your wedding to discuss timeline, vision, and specifics plans for the day! And a chance you might get a surprise or two for along the way :)
(03) Planning
On your wedding day, I am your advocate, friend, and biggest fan! You focus on the magic of the day; I will handle the rest. I move through the day with a "fly on the wall" mentality, capturing the raw, candid moments as they happen, while stepping in with editorial direction when we need to capture those timeless, elevated portraits. You get the best of both worlds: a gallery full of authentic emotion and polished, artistic imagery.
(04) Wedding Day
The best of all! I will deliver sneak peeks within 72 hours of your wedding. This will give you a chance to share with family & friends! Then, your full gallery will be delivered via online gallery within 6 weeks.

How many photos do we get & when will we get them?
On average, I deliver 90 photos per hour of coverage. So for my typical 12 hour days, that's a mix of 1,200 photos on digital & film. After your wedding I will send out a 50-70 photo sneak peek, and all of your photos will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding.
How do you ensure our photos don’t get lost or damaged after the wedding?
I utilize a fool proof backup system to ensure your images are entirely safe. For my digital images, they are backed up in multiple safe places. For the film portion of your day, your images are immediately labeled and placed into protective, climate-controlled casing. I package the film with extreme care to protect it from light and elements before shipping it via tracked, secure couriers to a highly trusted, industry-leading lab for professional processing. Even on full film wedding days, I always have some digital images as a backup to ensure you walk away with as many images as possible.
